Ingredients:
- CHAYONARA Blue Tea Cleanse or Blue Tea Unwind
2. Lemon Juice
3. Ice cubes
4. Boiled or Filtered Cold Water
RECIPE:
- In a mug or glass, take a Blue Tea Cleanse or Blue Tea Unwind tea bag.
- Pour a little hot water just to cover the tea bag.
- Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Take out the tea bag and pour chilled water over the brew to fill the mug or glass.
- Extract and add juice of a lemon.
- Top it up with ice cubes.
- Sit back, relax and enjoy the refreshing drink.
